The rooms at Hostel Highlander are absolutely stunning! The exposed beams give them a cozy and rustic feel, while the forest views add a touch of magic. As a nature lover, I couldn't ask for a better place to unwind and relax.
Personally, I found the well-equipped kitchen a little crowded. But hey, that's just my opinion.

the host, a lovely woman from Podgorica, was incredibly helpful and shared all the information I needed. I especially enjoyed the cooked breakfast with local delicacies. Parking was also not an issue, as most other hostel guests didn't travel by car. the common area was a wonderful place to socialize and work, especially on rainy days. I highly recommend Highlander, especially for solo travelers seeking a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Cons: Nothing, everything was excellent! 😊.

The hostel was conveniently located close to the bus stop and offered a well-equipped kitchen. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the bathroom was excellent.
The cleanliness of the rest of the hostel was not up to standard. The garbage was not emptied during our stay, causing an unpleasant odor, and the lack of toilet paper was frustrating.

We stayed at a hostel during Xmas break. the building was quite nice, and the location was close to many tourist attractions we wanted to see. There was a separate building with a kitchen that was well equipped and a cozy atmosphere. We also received a warm and hospitable welcome from the owners who offered us some local liquor and made sure we knew about all the exciting things to do in the area.
Another downside was the shared bathrooms, which were not as clean as we would have liked.
